Johansen of Logansport, Indiana, born in Hampton, Iowa, who passed away on December 7, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ole B. Johansen and Louise Johansen (Rodemeyer); and his brother Darwin H. Johansen. He is survived by: his wife Judith A. Trebil; his sons, Daniel Johansen (Kim) of West Lafayette, Douglas Johansen (Mary) of Shiloh, IL and Duane Johansen of Peru; and his grandchildren, Tanner Johansen, Tucker Johansen, Jordan Johansen, Truman Johansen, Mackenzie Dixson, Joel Johansen and Leighton Dixson.
