"Trudy" Woodward; his daughter Pamela Ault (Jerry) of Lafayette; his granddaughter Donna Hannah (Michael) of Greenwood; his great grandchild Gavin Monroe; his grandson Jason Monroe; and his siblings, Kenneth Guy, Raleigh Guy, Howard Guy, Harold Guy, Granville Guy, Delton Guy, Ruth McGee, Clara Binney and Mildred VanMeter.
