It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen S. Starkey of Logansport, Indiana, who passed away on December 16, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Karen S. Starkey to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth L. Russow and Waneta Connell Russow; and her sister Marilyn Phelps. She is survived by: her husband Philip Starkey; her children, Brian Starkey (Michele) and Melissa Browne (Neil); her grandsons, Alex Starkey, Eli Starkey, Brady Browne and Evan Browne; and her siblings, Jeff Russow and Anne Martin.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Logansport High School Alumni Association for scholarship programs to benefit all teachers in the Logansport schools, both elementary and secondary.
