She was predeceased by: her parents, John Trebil and Elaine Trebil; and her sister Jan Harper. She is survived by: her husband Keith Johansen; her sons, Douglas Johansen (Mary) of Shiloh, Illinois, Duane Johansen of Peru and Daniel Johansen (Kim) of West Lafayette; her grandchildren, Tanner Johansen, Tucker Johansen, Jordan Johansen, Truman Johansen, Mackenzie Dixson, Joel Johansen and Leighton Dixson; and her siblings, Barb Einertson (Mel) of Iowa, Gary Trebil (Cynthia) of Minnesota, Steve Trebil (Susan) of Iowa and Randee Trebil (LeAnne) of Iowa.
