She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil "Pork" and Waunita L. "Lucille" Geisler (Hathaway); her son Bruce Allen DeWitt; and her siblings, Doyle, Danny Richard, Michael and Cheryl.
She is survived by: her husband Gilbert Marvin DeWitt; her children, Brian DeWitt (Kathy) of Logansport, IN, Derrick DeWitt of Lubbock, TX, Brad DeWitt of Logansport, IN and Sue Walker of Logansport, IN; her stepdaughter Keneta Gaillardet (Dennis) of Leesburg, FL; her siblings, Yvonne Maggart (Bob) of Burnettsville, IN, Sally Martin of Rochester, IN and David Geisler (Diane) of Logansport, IN; and her grandchildren, Allison DeWitt, Molly Burkhardt (David), Casey Brown and Keaton Brown. She is also survived by three step grandchildren; several step great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
