She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Koontz and Frances Fansler Koontz; her brother Joe; and her sister-in-law Martha Koontz. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Johnston of Logansport, Cindy Shedron of Logansport, Robert Martin of Clymers and William Daily of Kokomo; her brothers, Tommy Koontz of Nacoqdoches, TX and Danny Koontz of Huntsville, TX; and her niece Terri Kistler of Logansport. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
