He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Pashak and Elsie Pashak (Mattis); his son David John Pashak; his granddaughter Lindsay Michelle Widner; and his sisters, Jean Alvesteffer and Elsie Filcek.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Obenchain Pashak; his children, Jeff Pashak (Kelli), Tallahassee, Deb Widner (Paul) and Nappanee; his sister Judy Smith; and his grandchildren, Chris Widner, Brendan Widner, Michelle Biehle and Annamarie Biehle.
Memorial contributions may be made in John's memory to a charity of the donor's choice.
