She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Tocco and Sylvia Tocco (Gaby); and her siblings, Thomas, Francis, Gerald Tocco, Marlene Reinholt, Creda Day and Mary Musgrave.
She is survived by: her husband William H. Hipsher Jr.; her children, Karen Hipsher (Larry McCarter) of Logansport, Shawn Hipsher (Dawn Gainey) of Logansport, William H. Hipsher III (Tina) of Peru, Christopher Hipsher (Debra) of Peru and Brian Hipsher (Terri) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; and her sisters, Pat Tocco of Logansport, Judy Brown of Fortville, IN and Sandy Hipsher (Jim) of Roachdale, IN.
