He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Lantz and Maggie Lantz (Cohee); his wife Linda D. Lantz (Dinius); and his son David Lantz. He is survived by: his daughter Laura Lantz Worthington of Logansport; and his grandchildren, Amy K. Worthington and Bryan W. Worthington. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Cass County Humane Society.
