He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Wooldridge and Verna Wooldridge (Jones); his daughter Sharon "Susie" Wooldridge; and his siblings, John Wooldridge, Betty Hinders, Helen Estle, Jerry Wooldridge, Billy Wooldridge and Barbara Wooldridge.

He is survived by: his wife Katie Blankenship; his children, Garry Wooldridge (Kathy), Joy Hoagland (Dave), Dee Dee White (Doug) and Anna Hook; and his grandchildren, Shawn Wooldridge (Tori), Shane Hosler (Jaime), Eric Woodhouse, Evan Wooldridge (Katelyn), Kristie Barr (Chuck), Jill Reehling (Jason), Nicholas White (Michele), Nathan White, James Hook and Joseph Hook (Raylie). He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
