He was predeceased by: his parents, DeWitt Paullus and Eva Paullus (Johnson); and his wife Francisca M. Sumner. He is survived by: his daughters, Shari Major and Shelly Lupo; his siblings, Janice Kemp-Isen (Allen) of Harpers Ferry, IA, Joyce Avery of Newton, IA and John Paullus (Mary) of Grand Rapids, MI; his former wife Connie Major; and his stepson Scott Major. He is also survived by one grandson; one step grandson; several nieces and nephews.
