He was predeceased by: his mother Rachel Leeann Wicker Clemons; and his daughter Rayna Leeann Clemons. He is survived by: his father Donald E. Bailey (Sue); and his friend Holly Hinds. He is also survived by six grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
