He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph S. Osborn and Lucille Linden Osborn; his wife Jacquelyn Dorsey; his children, Jennifer "Jill" Rouch (Mark), Jon Paul Osborn and Jayne Stucker (Ricke); his grandchildren, Tucker Rouch, Matt Moore, Ryan Long (Mary), Katie Eckelbarger (Braxton) and Austin Osborn; his great grandchildren, Ivan Moore, Jude Moore, Emma Eckelbarger, Allie Eckelbarger, Anthony Long and Linda Long; his great great grandchild Nova Long; and his daughter Linda J. "Jody" Long. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
