He was predeceased by: his parents, Mason Chapman and Lillie Mae Sorey Chapman; and his siblings, Johnny Chapman, Ernestine Johnson, Michael Chapman and Geneva Chapman.
He is survived by: his daughter Shantell Sullivan (Calvin).
