He was predeceased by: his father Paul Howell. He is survived by: his wife Helen K. Guy; his children, Tim Howell (Cheryl), Andy Howell (Margie), Kim (Howell) and Wendy Kauffman; his siblings, Betty Jean Starkey and Jay D. Howell; and his grandchildren, Ciara Howell and Noah Howell. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
