He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Blake Hall, Sr. and Blanch Louise Becker Hall; and his sister Joyce Laverne Garrett. He is survived by: his wife Gina Bowen Hall; his children, Wade Hall (Lori Kay), Kenya Ballard (Mark) and Brandeis C. Hall; and his stepdaughter Kellie Van Der Veen. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
