He is survived by: his parent Jacqueline Wortley; his wife Debra Widner of Logansport; his siblings, Brad Widner (Donna) of Florida, Christina Moss of Lafayette, Bonita Pigg of Logansport and Connie Tetzloff (John) of Lafayette; his stepmother Dixie Widner; and also, Steven Tincher (Corinna Shaw) of Logansport and Terry Widner of Logansport.
