He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence J. Conklin and Agnes A. Conklin (Grandstaff); his children, Lester, Frank Conklin and Judy Conklin Miller; his brother Duane Conklin; and his great grandchild Kaylee Conklin.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie Conklin (Shackelford); his children, Ronald Conklin of Logansport, Dale Conklin (Kat) of Logansport and Debra Phillipy (James) of Wabash; and his brother Donald Dean Conklin. He is also survived by many grandchildren; great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
