Provo (Mattingly); his daughter Cynthia; his son-in-law John Mills; his sister Donna Spear (Carl); his grandchildren, Morgan Hinshaw (Brad), Austin Mills (Barbara) and McKenzie Rombold (Jacob); his great grandchildren, Maylee, Hendrick, Eddison Hinshaw, Rosalee Rombold, Addison Mills and Baby Rombold; and his son Brian Provo.
