He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Hines and Julia Hines (Carlson). He is survived by: his wife Juanita Stanton Fry; his children, Shelly Haskins (Pat), Don Hines, Bruce Hines (Buffy) of Bulls Gap, TN, John Hines (Kim Miller) and Scott Hines (Janette); his stepdaughter Paula Copp (Walton); and his siblings, Rhetta Zerth, Judy Rowe and Glen Hines (Nancy). He is also survived by several grandchildren, several great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
