He is survived by: his father Forrest W. Small, Sr. (Carol) of Columbia City; his wife Joyce Small of Logansport; his children, Tabitha Small of Logansport, Jermiah Small of Logansport, Charles Hoesel of Alabama and Amber Piercy (Jerry) of Fort Wayne; his mother Marilyn Hoesel-Jarvis of Logansport; his sisters, Michelle Krock of Logansport and Tina Logan (Steve) of Royal Center; and his grandson Brandon Harris of Fort Wayne. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews aunts and uncles.
