She is survived by: her children, Robert "Bob" Conrad (Cathy) of Logansport, Brian Conrad (Kim) of Logansport and Jackie Conrad (Justin Chanley) of Logansport; her siblings, Dennis Ream (Tanya) of Royal Center, Kenneth Ream of Burnettsville, Kimberley Hughes (David) of Logansport, Laura Forgey (Michael) of Logansport, Cynthia Ream of Logansport and Barbara Korreckt of Walton; her grandchildren, Jared Ehase (Kristin) of Logansport, Natallie Garrison (Parion) of Peru, Heaven Conrad of Logansport, Destiny Austin of Logansport, Caleb Conrad of Logansport, Mickayla Conrad (Lucas) of Logansport, Baylee Conrad of Logansport and John Conrad of Logansport; and her great grandchildren, Amara Ehase and Deliaha Neal.
