He was predeceased by: his father Angel Noe Elias. He is survived by: his mother Maria Luisa Garcia Elias; his wife Elena Juarez Elias; and his son Hector Elias. He is also survived by five brothers, three sisters, numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
