He was predeceased by: his mother Joann Cripe; and his brother Darren Cripe. He is survived by: his wife Lori Cripe (Hartwell); his son Trent Cripe (Mickayla); his stepdaughter Miranda Turner (John); and his grandchildren, Dean and Dragan.
Dustin leaves behind the gift of sight with his donation to the VisionFirst Indiana Lions Club Eye Bank.
