She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Willing and Ruth E. Willing (Peter); her husband Harry E. Samuels; and her daughter Susan E. Schaff. She is survived by: her sons, Dale Samuels (Cathy) of Logansport and Dana Samuels of Jacksonville, FL; her sister Helen Boswell of Georgia; and her grandchildren, Megan Samuels, Katelyn Stetzel (Tyler), Cameron Samuels, Taylor Samuels, Riley Schaff, Erin Samuels and Madison Samuels. She is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
