She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl M. Samuels and Emma E. Samuels (Mayhew); and her brothers, Harry Samuels and Roger Samuels. She is survived by: her husband Joe Ealy; her children, Debra A. Shepler (Bill) of Logansport, IN, David A. Packard (Jan) of Logansport, IN and Thomas A. Packard (Terry) of Clarksville, TN; her stepdaughters, Glenda Linkenhelt (Jeff) of Galveston, IN, Teri Schultz (Gary) of Kokomo, IN and Rhonda Blinn (Brent) of Galveston, IN; her brother Richard "Dick" Samuels of Logansport, IN; and her sister-in-law Karla Samuels. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
