He was predeceased by: his parents, Berlin Pugh and Pearl Pugh (Swisher); his siblings, Jim Pugh and Dee Kitchell; and his grandson Adam Pugh.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Musselman (Kevin), Becky Crowe (John), Sarah Brugh (Bill), Dean Pugh (Nancy) and Bruce Pugh (Linda) of Shepherdsville, KY. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
