He was predeceased by: his parent Oscar Kelley; and his son Brad Kelley. He is survived by: his parent Vera Kelley (Myers); his spouse Sandra K. Hershberger; his significant other Karen DeLawter; his children, Jonie Colvin (Russ) and Brian Kelley (Jesica); his sister Karen Swanson (Bill) of Logansport; his grandchildren, Kace Colvin, Megan Glassburn (Tom), Bailey Kelley and Jake Kelley; and his great grandchild Madalyn Colvin. He is also survived by one brother and three sisters.
