Bixler of Logansport, Indiana, born in Coldwater, Ohio, who passed away on February 28, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Orian E. Barger and Edna M. Barger (Azbell); her husband Billy W. Bixler; her grandchild Halloween; her son Brad Bixler (Kathy); and her grandchildren, Josh Bixler (Rachel), Justin Bixler (Megan), Brandon Bixler and Ryan Bixler.
