We are sad to announce that on September 16, 2023, at the age of 91, David L. Nihiser Jr. of Logansport, Indiana, born in East Chicago, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, David L. Nihiser Sr. and Edna Mae Nihiser (Wheeler); his sisters, Nadine Miller and Charlene Larkin; and his grandson Dillen Dorsey.

He is survived by: his wife Diana DeBarge; and his children, David Nihiser III (Jutta) of Crown Point, Donna Holding (Bill) of Granite Falls, NC, Daniel Nihiser (April) of Brookville, OH, Debbie Laurencell (John) of Las Vegas, Dawn Wild (Jeff) of Burnettsville, Cecil Smith (Carol) of Athens, AL and Kristi Hull (Wes) of Galveston.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Burnettsville Church of the Brethren.
