She was predeceased by: her father Joseph; and her brother Danny Joe Burkhart. She is survived by: her husband Richard C. Zicafoose; her children, Cindy Walters (Rusty) of Monticello, Cheryl Ladd (Greg) of Rossville, Connie McCarthy (Kevin) of Logansport, Bettia Titus (Trent) of Twelve Mile and Brian (Michelle); her grandchildren, Natasha Walters, Bill Tabler Jr., Troy Hudson (Amy), Travis Yoakum (Kensi), Joshua Titus (Aubrey), Steven Frank (Deidre), Kian (Micheal) of Washington, Cody Ladd (Lacy), Tahisha Faw (Zachary), Amber Daily (Chris), Dustin Yoakum (Nicole), Nicole Zicafoose and Destiny Green; and her siblings, Susan Jones of Tennessee, Nancy Gay (Emery) of Kansas and Tim Burkhart (Mary Beth) of Logansport.
