With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clarence D Campbell of Logansport, Indiana, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on February 15, 2023 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence C. Campbell and Jennie Mae Campbell (Hedrick); his wife Helen Campbell; his daughter-in-law Nadja Campbell; and his granddaughter Micaela Campbell.
He is survived by: his former wife Edie J. Campbell (Wandrei); his children, Jim Campbell (Sharon) of Logansport, Dennis Campbell of Fort Wayne and Jan Offutt (Joe) of Winamac; his stepson David Wandrei of Logansport; his grandchildren, Erin Campbell of Logansport, Kelsey Harris (Bryan) of Indianapolis, Thane Campbell (Melissa) of Candler, NC. and Blair Campbell (Linnia) of Boulder, CO.; his great grandchildren, Tannen, Charlotte, Lauren and Miss Emma Lynn; and his brothers, Joe Campbell (Lee Ann) of Greenville, IL. and Jess Campbell of Washington.
The biggest thank you to the nurses working on the 2nd floor at Memorial who sang hymns at the bedside as he entered the gates of Heaven."Memorial contributions may be made to the Greater Lafayette Honor Flight in memory of Clarence.
