It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christy Barger of Logansport, Indiana, who passed away on December 31, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry E. Hopper and Barbara Joyce Hopper (Slack); her brother Danny Hopper; and her nephews, Dustin Hopper, Steven Wilson and Nathaniel Hopper.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Barger (Bulmaro Martinez) and Danielle Southerland (Rick); her siblings, Kerry Hopper (Leigh Ann) and Patrice Hinshaw (John); and her grandchildren, Isaiah, Christopher, Cain, Noah, Cameron, Elias, Eddie and Carson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces & nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bozell Funeral Homes-Brown-Butz-Diedring Chapel (515 E 53rd St, Anderson, IN 46013). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
