He is survived by: his former wife Gretchen; his children, Chaz, Colorado Springs, Cody (Brittany), Justin and Tevan; his siblings, Bill (Janine) and Susan (Mark); his nieces and nephews, Kelsey, Kiley, Carly, K. C. and Jason; his grandchildren, Chloe, Chase, Adyson and Hendrix; and his stepdaughters, Allison and Heather.
