He is survived by: his parent Ruthella Packard (Bean); his children, Diana Packard of Logansport and Kevin Pruiett (Stephanie) of Logansport; his grandchildren, Mandy Cayton (Isaac) of Twelve Mile, Cameron Howell (Cindy) of Molalla, OR, Marissa Yelton (Zach) of Longmont, CO, Creighton Howell of Logansport, Corbin Howell of Logansport, Jessica Conrad (Brian), Kory Pruiett and Taylor Pruiett of Logansport; his great grandchildren, Seth, Levi Cayton of Twelve Mile, Cadence and Avery Conrad of Lafayette; and his sister Jane Johnson (Winston).
