She was predeceased by: her father Raymond Small; her mother-in-law Esther Costello; her sister Ronda Hygema; her sister-in-law Dorothy Winegardner (Costello); and her daughter Heather Nicole Fultz-Dixson.
She is survived by: her husband Brian Costello; her children, Brock Fultz (Ashley) and Deidra Kathleen Dodt (Zach); her stepdaughter Brook Costello; her grandchildren, Skylee Dixson, Leighton Dodt, Addison Fultz and Carver Dodt; her stepgrandchildren, Taylor, Aiden, Jordan Smith and Kyler Simpson; her mother Sharon Small; her siblings, Peggy Funk, William Small (Mindy) of Port Ludlow, WA and Richard Small (Robin); her father-in-law David Costello, Sr. (Mona); and her siblings-in-law, Kim Costello (Kim), David Costello, Jr. (Sue), England, Jim Costello (Terri), Ray Bean (Chris), Monica Baker (Terry), Macy and Melanie McGuin (Mike). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, monetary contributions may be made in the names of her grandchildren, payable to Brian Costello, to be placed into their accounts.
