He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Maurice Ward and Jessie Benjamin Ward; his wife Darla Burkhart; his sons, David Ward (Megan) of Elk Grove, CA and Tim Ward (Kristine); his grandchildren, Madelyn, Leah, Jolie and Elliot Ward; his siblings, Janice Abbott, Nancy Gosnell (Jim), Connie Alma (Warren), Charles Ward, James Ward, Maurice David Ward, Nathan Ward and Andrew Timothy Ward; and his granddaughter Alison Ward. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
