It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Bixler (Logansport, Indiana), born in Fulton, Indiana, who passed away on April 2, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Franklin and Altha Stanchfield Bixler; his son Bradley Alan Bixler (Kathy); his grandchildren, Joshua Bixler (Rachel), Brandon Bixler, Justin Bixler (Megan) and Ryan Bixler; his great grandchild Rawling Bixler; and his son Richard Wayne Bixler. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
