He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Albert and Linda Pugh (Birkel); his sister Linda M. Schnieb; and his granddaughter Maria Davis. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Louise Carithers; his daughters, Wendy Sue Stanley of Logansport, Joy Pugh of Logansport and Phyllis Davis (Michael) of Elkhart; and his brothers, Joseph L. Pugh (Ramona) of Bloomington and Charles "Sam" W. Pugh (Betty Jo) of Rochester. He is also survived by three grandchildren; six great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
