She is survived by: her parent Madeline Pugsley; her husband Donnie Henry of Logansport; her children, Phyllis Nolte of Logansport, Phillip Nolte, Jr. of Mishawaka and Matthew Nolte (Angie) of Monticello; and her stepchildren, Kelly Henry (Christie) of New Waverly, Rachael Shively (Tim) of Logansport and Becky Henry of Galveston. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
