He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Powell and Nellie Powell (Bruce); his siblings-in-law, Phil Likens, Jerry Bonnell and Mary Powell; and his niece Roseann Powell.
He is survived by: his siblings, James Powell (Cherrie) of Sellersburg, Joyce Likens of Logansport, Rita Bonnell of Logansport, Dennis Powell of Logansport and Thomas Powell (Lisa) of Logansport; and his pet Amos. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
