He is survived by: his parents, Blackie Zavala and Maritza Yesenia Barrientos; his siblings, Jorge Martinez (Blanca Cervantes), Leonidas Martinez (Sherlynn Castillo), Vanesa Martinez, Keyli Martinez (Josue Carabarin) and Maritza Blas (Ivan Blas); his grandmother Maria Ramirez; and his nieces and nephews, Jorge Martinez, Leonel Martinez, Josue Carabarin, Eckson Martinez, Matthew Carabarin, Alexander Carabarin, Kevin Martinez, Cryss Leon Elioth Leon, Maximiliano Blas, Karen Barrientos, Scarlett Martinez, Mia Blas and Sofia Carabarin.
