She is survived by: her aunt Jennifer; her granddaughter Maeleigh Jo; her parents, Tony Maynard and Barbara Maynard; her siblings, Toni Anne (Dave Thaxton), Trina (Mike Cox) and Robin (Candi Maynard); her sister-in-law Jennifer (Herbie Blevins); her husband Philip Edwin Perry; her children, Rick (Lauren Perry) and Angel (Kevin Groves); her grandchild Maleigh; and her son Pk Perry (Laci Baumer). She is also survived by many aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund, in Tonya's name, is being created to gather funds to help other women of our community fight ovarian cancer, envelopes will available at the funeral home and church, please make payments payable to the Perry family, so they can direct gifts to the memorial fund when it is established.
