We are sad to announce that on March 6, 2023, at the age of 89, James E. McKinley of Lizton, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Phyllis McKinley; his wife Ernestine McKinley; and his parents, Delmo McKinley and Lucile McKinley. He is survived by: his sons, Randy McKinley (Elizabeth), Brian McKinley (Candace) and Robert McKinley (Janet); his stepdaughters, Susan Groover (Dave) and Lori Marsh (Kevin); and his sisters, Patricia Byrd, Lela Highley and Francis Atkins. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
