He is survived by: his mother Linda Burkhard (Thomas); his wife Elaine Neff; his children, Heather Woods (Steve), Dave Brunes, Jesse Burkhard (Summer) and Amanda Brunes; his grandchildren, Christian, Cody, Savannah, Gaige, Alexis, Wylie, Au'bree, Brandt and Rhett; his mother-in-law Dianne Neff; and his siblings, David Burkhard (Jo Anne) and Susan Klusman (Dave). He is also survived by his several nieces and nephews.
