We are sad to announce that on March 31, 2024, at the age of 95, Waylen Lavertia Cass in Little York, Indiana, born in Union City, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Smith and Opal Smith (Brantley); and her husband Donald Cass. She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Margaret Freed of Kokomo, Mary Thurston of Tipton County and Betty Hale of Tipton County, Indiana.; and her siblings, Carson Smith, Carless "Johnnie" Smith, Cora Turner, Ruth Mosley and Annarene Davidson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.

Memorial donations have been requested to go to Pilgrim Holiness Church, God's Bible School and College, 1810 Young Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 or God's Missionary Church, 1532 Mountain Road, Middleburg, PA, 17842. Keep Waylen's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
