He was predeceased by: his siblings, Robert "Chune" Smith and Freeda "Sissy" Barnard. He is survived by: his wife Loreena "Reenie" (Marion); his daughters, Janice L. Fleenor (Tommy) and Lisa F. Smith; his grandchildren, Christina Marie Smith (Jason), Sterling Kent Backus and Dalton Ray Fleenor; his great grandchild Micaela Marion Smith; and his brothers, Alvin "Henry" Smith (Alice), Issac "Snookie" Smith (Judy) and Elmer Smith (Genie).
