She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Hawkins and Anna May Hawkins (Jeffers); her husband Benny Lee; and her siblings, Mary Himebrook, Claude, Jr. and John Hawkins.
She is survived by: her son Douglas A. Lee (Karen) of Linton; her grandsons, Jason Lee (LeaAnne) of Tennessee and Jarod Lee of Linton; her great grandchildren, Kalyn Lee and Emma Lee; her great great grandchildren, Jaxson and Sammy Douglas Fulk; and her caregivers, Jeni Dawn Hancock and Amy McNabb.
