He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Lewellyn and Dorcas Lewellyn (Borders). He is survived by: his wife Lesa Lewellyn of Freedlandville, IN; his children, Logan Lewellyn of Phoenix, AZ and Miranda Lewellyn of Linton, IN; his stepsons, Darin McCullough and Daniel McCullough; and his siblings, Daryn Lewellyn (Angela) of Linton, IN, Dana Lewellyn Rieves (Charlie) of Hopewell, VA and Kristy Lewellyn (Brian) of Linton, IN.
