She is survived by: her children, Allen Phegley (Angie Cox) of Sandborn, Rhonda Shipley of Linton, Teresa Pope of Linton, Karen Lucas (Randy) of Linton, Mitzi Vaught of Bloomfield and Nichole'Nick'Myers (Walter Ash) of Linton; her grandchildren, Crystal, Rodney, Jessica, Caleb, Danielle, Emma and Evan; and her brothers, David Fields (Mariann) of Linton and Randy Fields (Sharon) of Worthington.
